Swedish massage is a full-body massage using long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure. It is a relaxing way to slow down, and a comfortable choice if you have never had a massage before.
What to expect
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a short health form.
- You undress only to your comfort level and are draped with a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
- You choose how much pressure, and you can talk or stay quiet. Tell your therapist anything you want changed, any time.
- Hot stone, Chinese herbal oil and essential oil are included.
